Three Ways to Buy Artwork at Tetlers

  • Auction: buyers bid. Rates may be higher or lower than the base price, but not lower than the reserve price;
  • Fixed price - Buy in one click - Sell out of auction;
  • Private sale - the sale of works from the private collection is carried out anonymously without a public offer.
The seller places the lot at the auction, setting the price range - lower or reserve and upper - basic. The buyer sees only the base price and bid on this price. The reserve price is not visible to the buyer.
Bids can be higher and lower than the base price. Bets equal to the reserve or lower are not accepted by the system.
The buyer can win the lot in three cases:
  1. Buy for a fixed price - Buy in one click;
  2. Make a bet higher or equal to the base price;
  3. Make a bet below the base, but above the reserve price;
When buying for a fixed price, the buyer pays for the lot and becomes the winner.
In the case of a bet that is equal to or exceeds the base price, it automatically becomes a winner and can repay the purchase.
When the rate is lower than the base but higher than the reserve, the seller may agree to sell the lot at this price and appoint you the winner.
When making a bid, the buyer must be sure that he has enough funds in his account to pay the price of the bid or fixed price.
To do this, Tetlers provides a wallet with which you can make an advance payment, pay for a lot or pay for delivery.
The buyer can pay the lot in full. Then the funds are transferred to a special secure Escrow account.
The seller will not receive money for the sold work until the buyer "releases" the Escrow account.
Escrow is releaseed by the buyer upon receipt of work.
Upon receipt of work, the Buyer must enter to the Shopping Cart through his personal account and confirm the completion of the transaction in the list of purchased artworks. Buyer and Seller exchange estimates of the transaction, leaving a short message that appears in the list of reviews.

The buyer pays only the amount equal to the bid (in the case of an auction) or a fixed price in the case of "One-click sale".
No other payments will be charged from him, with the exception of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the job description.
The seller is charged a commission in the amount established in accordance with Tetlers rates.

Delivery is carried out by mail service at the choice of the seller and the buyer. They stipulate all delivery details among themselves. Tetlers is not responsible for shipping, packaging and work insurance.
The buyer can track the movement of the parcel by the track number, which must be indicated by the seller-sender.
